My alar width was usually a big stress for me, so I did a lot of research and had surgery. To sum up the result, because I asked the doctor to make it natural, the difference before and after is extremely small ㅠㅠ And in my case, the scar from the alar reduction is fairly severe, so every time I see it I regret it .. I really recommend thinking carefully before getting cosmetic surgery. It has been almost 2 years for me, and I still have a scar.. So instead of a review saying it is amazing, I am leaving a realistic review....
