I went after booking a consultation because I heard Unimedi was famous while looking for a clinic for alar reduction. The director first showed examples of nose surgeries and recommended nose surgeries that would suit my nose. But when I said I only planned to do alar reduction, they just explained alar reduction, told me the cost, had me meet the doctor, and that was it.
