Even though I arrived exactly on time and there wasn't a single other person there, I still had to wait more than 30 minutes. As soon as I got there, I took photos and met the doctor first, and because they only looked inside my nose for consultation without a CT scan, it felt less professional. Since this was a revision surgery, I thought they would need to look inside the nose to know the condition accurately, so I had doubts. They said right away that autologous costal cartilage would be used, so I asked whether donated rib cartilage would be possible, and they said yes. They didn't say anything about the shape beyond that it needed to be lowered a bit. They also didn't ask what kind of nose I wanted and suddenly started talking about other areas too. Still, it's an old clinic, it's a private practice, and because of the doctor's experience, it was the clinic I debated about until the end.
