I waited 1 to 2 months to get the consultation and traveled from the provinces to Seoul, but in the end the consultation was very short. Before seeing the director, I had a consultation with the coordinator, who asked what part of my nose I was unhappy with and how I wanted to improve it, so I explained the things I wanted. As soon as the director saw me, he said my nose was the kind that couldn’t be fixed and explained why. When I tried to ask about parts I didn’t understand or wanted to request further, he said he had already explained enough and that the consultation would only get longer, then ended the consultation. I was offended.
