I visited for consultation about lower and lateral canthoplasty. First of all, even though I had a consultation appointment, I had to wait a bit. There were tons of people. During the consultation, they explained everything very carefully. They even drew pictures to make it easy to understand?? I could see why there were so many people and why the wait was so long. What I especially liked was that during the consultation, they gave realistic advice and also talked about how the shape would be adjusted later! It was very much in the sense of “if it can’t be done, it can’t be done; if it can, it can.” Anyway, it gave me a strong sense of trust. The staff were also kind.
