I feel like the contraction phase is about to start now. It feels tight and firm. My nose has come down a lot compared to day 4, but it has become much shorter. It’s becoming a saddle nose. It looks worse than my surgical nose + my original nose, but I feel more at ease. The columella has gotten smaller and shorter. How should I manage it? The director told me to do warm compresses from day 6. Until when will the contraction phase pass? I feel upset every time I look in the mirror.
