Cha Min Review From a Community

The desk staff were kind, but the consultants were really not good. They took questions I asked out of curiosity as attacks, and during the doctor’s consultation, the doctor said they would not shave down the dorsal hump, but the consultant thought it would be shaved down, so I felt communication wasn’t working well. Then what they said was, “The price is all the same anyway.” There are three directors, and they said the director in charge of primary rhinoplasty only comes every Thursday and Friday, so I wondered if they were only a director in name and actually a salaried doctor...? The surgery photos had good aesthetic sense, and I liked that their consultation style and the way they touched the nose seemed meticulous. Writing a review is almost mandatory (otherwise there is no price discount. Even that price I wrote requires reviews in three places). The surgery terms state that you cannot post a negative review for 5 years. The deposit is about 400,000 KRW. The marketing team, legal team, and consultation team are all separate, and there are signs in the consultation room prohibiting video and audio recording, so it felt like they were treating customers very defensively, making me feel like a malicious customer before I’d even had surgery... Overall, I liked the doctor’s aesthetic sense and expertise, but the hospital system was very burdensome, and the consultants’ attitude and expertise were not good.
