First of all, the consultant was genuinely kind, and she spoke for the patient so much that she even said you shouldn’t do anything you don’t want to do. She also thought through with me whether or not to get additional procedures that might be needed, so she’s the best consultant I’ve met so far.... The chief director came and went quickly, but he answered everything I needed and all the questions I asked very neatly, so that was good.
