Finally, it’s been 3 weeks since surgery! My face finally looks somewhat human now ㅠㅎ People who say they can return to daily life from week 1-2 must either recover really fast or it’s advertisingㅠ I can’t believe it.... From day 10 to week 2, it became a bit more bearable, so I did eat out a lot, but maybe because I had several things done, I was extremely! very swollen, and I couldn’t chew food well except for noodles. After 2 weeks, I could manage soft galbi or chew sashimi little by little ㅠ From my experience and looking at other people’s reviews, it seems inflammation sometimes occurs at the temporalis muscle removal area. When the temporalis muscle is removed, that area becomes empty, so maybe blood keeps trying to fill it. If you don’t press the removal area well, blood seems to keep pooling and inflammation develops. +They say some people even get migraines. I was really worried, but thankfully the clinic treated it well, so now there’s no inflammation, no feeling of blood pooling, and I think about 20% of the swelling is left haha I hope you go to a clinic that definitely provides good aftercare, and check whether they take CT scans after surgery to monitor progress! Also, everyone, if you have major surgery, eat well ㅠ I really cut everything up with scissors and ate well, 5 meals a day, so when I had inflammation, I had no body-ache symptoms, the area didn’t hurt badly, and I think it healed quickly. The side area of my face used to be really wide, but for both my cheekbones and jaw, I had surgery mainly for the frontal-view effect, so I’m very satisfied. As the swelling slowly went down in weeks 2-3, everyone said my lines became more feminine, that my face is really small, and that it’s smaller than an iPhone lolololol After working out, I’ve even been told I look gaunt in the evening. Now I’m going to try bangs, which they say only people with cucumber-shaped faces can do, and I’m going to wear any sunglasses I want!!!ㅠㅋㅋㅋㅋha It was a recovery period that felt both long and short,, Everyone, fighting!!!!!
