I got the power contour injection without steroids and the effect was so good that all my friends around me went to get it too. The first time I got it, I swelled up worse than a toad. Also, the hospital feels too factory-like, and because the doctors are so busy there is no time at all to talk or anything like that, which was disappointing. Still, I use it from time to time because it is cheap.
