During my first surgery, the overall line and shape turned out in a way I didn't like, so I just lived like this for a few years. People seeing me for the first time say they can't tell anything is strange, but a lot of friends who knew me before say my old nose was betterㅠ I do like the revision rhinoplasty reviews from DI, Cowon, Miho, and Top Class, but I keep thinking, what if I rush into revision rhinoplasty and it goes wrong againㅠㅠ If I do get surgery, since I already had some nasal bridge height before, I want to remove the silicone and go implant-free, and for the nasal tip, I want to build it with donated costal cartilage into a straight-to-slightly-curved line?? My current nose seems like just a straight line
