I had nose surgery 5 years ago, and I was living fine, but suddenly the shape of my nostrils is bothering me so muchㅜㅜ It was originally shaped like this, but one nostril was corrected into a pinched shape, like it was slit straight open, instead of being a soft oval like the other side. Scar tissue also formed right below the pointed side, so the columella looks deviated and it bothers meㅜㅜ The drawing is a bit exaggerated, but right now it’s exactly that shape. Can this part alone be corrected with revision surgery? If anyone has at least had a consultation about it, please leave a comment… It’s so hard
