Motiva breast augmentation + breast lift

I had breast augmentation with Motiva implants and a breast lift with Director Kim Ji-hyeok at With Plastic Surgery on March 17. After having two children and breastfeeding continuously for about 3 years, I also didn’t wear bras much, so my breasts were very saggy. I thought safety was the most important thing before breast surgery, so I searched based on doctors who perform surgery cleanly and well. I watched all of With’s YouTube videos too, and Director Kim Ji-hyeok inspired the most trust. (To be honest, I use this community, but the UI is a bit inconvenient, so I visited another cosmetic-surgery cafe a lot.. haha) There were many note reviews, so I had booked consultations with Director Kwon Soon-geun and With, but With’s consultation date came first. I went, placed the deposit the same day, and proceeded with surgery. Before surgery, I wondered so much whether this decision was right.. I kept searching until the night before the surgery. Even until the very moment I entered the operating room, I was so nervous and worried about what if something went wrong. Anesthesia went in, and when I opened my eyes, the surgery was over. I think I slept pretty well. (Toward the end, I think I even dreamed about my first daughter.) I don’t know if I was lucky to have no pain or if it was thanks to the painkillers, but when I stayed still it didn’t hurt, and it hurt when I moved. Because I was worried something might go wrong, I moved very slowly & carefully. I have young children at home, so I stayed hospitalized for one day. I kept getting sleepy, so it felt like it ended while I was sleeping haha Surgery started around 11:45 a.m., and I woke from anesthesia around 2:15 p.m. They told me to drink water an hour later, and at 6 p.m. they gave me Bonjuk porridge. Until eating porridge, I was scared to move, so to avoid going to the bathroom I only drank tiny sips, just enough to wet my mouth. After eating, since I’m normally a water-guzzler, I drank a lot and went to the bathroom by myself. After surgery, I spent a week wrapped in bandages and wearing an upper band, and I never wore a compression bra. At the one-week progress check, when they removed the bandages, I felt so relieved. The areolar incision areas from the lift were taped for 2 weeks (I did not shower. You can shower if you apply waterproof tape.) At week 2, I had the stitches removed and took my first shower. Before that, I mostly washed my lower body, and every 3 days I went to a hair salon to have my hair washed. There aren’t many breast surgery reviews for With, so this got very long, but I hope it was helpful. Please leave a comment if you have any questions.
