If I was a 70A cup before surgery and get Mentor Xtra 400 cc implants?

Body specs Height/weight: 163/49 Breast base width 12 Implants: Mentor Xtra 400 cc, same on both sides Surgical method: transaxillary incision Preoperative size: 70A I had felt self-conscious about my breast size for a long time, and I had a lot of concerns because I felt my clothes did not fit the way I wanted and my overall body proportions felt lacking. After looking into various methods, I thought breast augmentation would be the most definite solution, and after consultations at several clinics, I decided to go through with it. During my first consultation, the director explained everything in detail, taking my body shape and desired volume into consideration. Rather than simply recommending a large size, they recommended a size that would look natural and suit my body, which made me trust them. Also, the consultant realistically explained the surgical process and recovery period, which was very helpful, and the nursing team took good care of me so I could relax, so I felt much more at ease even up until the surgery. Right after surgery, there was pain, but it was manageable enough with painkillers. I had to be careful when moving, so the first few days were uncomfortable, and having to sleep lying on my back was especially the hardest part. Also, because there was swelling and a tight pulling sensation, I had to be careful in daily life for a while. The most satisfying part is that the way clothes fit has noticeably changed. I can wear the styles I wanted without feeling burdened, and my proportions look better too, so I have gained confidence. I am looking forward to being even more satisfied once the swelling goes down more and the result looks more natural.
