L-Shaped Silicone, L-Type Silicone

I lived for 11 years with really nooo problems at all (I’m insensitive, so I just thought slight heat, heaviness, headaches, things like that were other issues and didn’t pay attention), and I didn’t even know what surgical material was used. I just paid 690,000 won and had it done by an obstetrics and gynecology specialist (looking it up now, apparently that was the case);;; But suddenly, while reading posts here, I got so scared that it suddenly felt like I could feel a foreign body sensation or tenderness in my nose, and my nose also seemed slightly blue... so I hurriedly went to two places first, ㅇㅍ and ㄹㅅㅌ. I’m now slowly planning to go to the other top 3 removal places and so on, but for now, at the two places: 1. The nose shape is a bit short, but they don’t know if it’s contracture. There’s no pig-nose feeling, and honestly it suits my face now.. The surgery was done well;; it’s a stroke of luck. Since it’s L-shaped, they recommend removing the silicone. There will be a sense of loss. Let’s refine the nasal tip with autologous costal cartilage. 7 million 2. The nose shape was probably originally a bit short. But if the silicone is removed, it will look even shorter, and likewise the sense of loss will probably be big. Switch to straight silicone and use ear cartilage and septal cartilage. Or honestly, on CT there’s no major problem, and it’s well enough done that there should easily be no problems for over 20 more years; there’s no drooping and the surgery itself was done well;; if you were my younger sibling, I’d tell you to just live with it. 4 million If that’s the case, is removal the right thing.... or should I switch to straight silicone?ㅠ I don’t have any desire to become prettier, and honestly I’m living roughly satisfied even with a round and short nose ㅠㅠ But the L-shaped silicone bothers me.. I had it done closed, and because I didn’t overdo it, it’s reaaally natural, so not a single person has noticed in my whole life...,, But actually removing it through an open approach is burdensome, and so is making my nose prettier ㅠ now that I’m almost in my 30s
