1) Rhinoplasty I had about 5 years ago Nasal bridge used silicone, nasal tip used ear cartilage and septal cartilage 2) Revision surgery at the same hospital 6 months after surgery The first surgery didn't go well, so I had revision surgery again 6 months later as a kind of after-service care (incision inside the nose) And before my final surgery, my nose looked crooked, my nostrils looked uneven, and it was in a high state as if the silicone started from the glabella.. The cost was a bit higher than other hospitals, but I heard there was nowhere as safe and skilled as this place.. I visited thinking I should at least go for a consultation. The director was really just as I had heard, confident in surgery(?) and seemed safety-oriented. And I jokingly said a little that I hoped this would be my last surgery, and without even 1 second of hesitation, he said, "Of course." Anyway, thinking this was truly my final surgery, I had even considered autologous costal cartilage, but I used a custom implant. They said I could simulate it myself and that the line I wanted was possible, so I personally made it into the shape I wanted. Oh, and during my first surgery, I was kind of ignorant about plastic surgery, so I thought they had just used septal cartilage and ear cartilage for the nasal tip, but the director said I had had septal extension grafting, so I was a bit surprised.. The director found traces of my first surgery that even I didn't know about lolololol Anyway, I had the crooked silicone removed by Director S (he said this was probably why my nose looked crooked), lowered the starting point of the nasal bridge a bit with ㅇㄴㅍ, and used ear cartilage for the nasal tip, while removing the previous septal extension grafting. I had revision surgery in the direction of correcting the columella ㅠㅠ For alar rim lowering, he said it would be good to do only the left side, so we proceeded that way. It hasn't been a month yet, but there isn't much swelling and I didn't bruise much either.. But the bruise under my eyes looks a bit like dark circles, so I look really worn out somehow.. lololololol But maybe because I used a custom implant, once the swelling goes down, I think the nasal bridge will just look like my own. Because even now with swelling, it looks very natural. I never thought I would end up lying on the operating table three times.. I really hope this place was the last. So far there is no asymmetry. Good decision: lowering the starting point of the nasal bridge ㅠ.. It looks much more natural, and even with swelling, it doesn't look Avatar-like.. I'm really satisfied....
