<Before><Before><After><After>Time since nose surgery >> past 3 months Nose materials >> raised the nasal tip using only septal cartilage and had osteotomy for the hump Hospital >> Sinnonhyeon ㄹㅂㄹ (I’m not sure if I can write it.. but anyway, when uploading, they don’t let you post without listing the hospital) I decided after visiting a total of five places for consultations The nose shape I wanted was not a round, super cute style x but a refined, glamorous, sophisticated style o I like that, so I mainly visited places that matched this style well and had surgery there Why only the nasal tip >> As you can see in the photos, it’s not like I had no nasal bridge at all People around me also more often said that although it was natural, it was fairly high and pretty, rather than saying my nose was ugly But as they say, human desire has no end lol Even though I liked my nasal bridge, I really didn’t like my blunt nasal tip And because of the hump, it somehow subtly made me look masculine too; Will I live my whole life stressed and editing it with apps vs live with high satisfaction after nose surgery When I thought about it, I chose the latter, so I got surgery! That absolutely doesn’t mean I’m recommending surgery lol I hope people think about it for at least a few years like I did Or if you really don’t know, maybe go to one or two consultations~ Reason for using septal cartilage >> When I looked at reviews of the hospital where I had surgery, honestly most people used costal cartilage, so I wondered, do I need to use rib cartilage too? Honestly, I was worried about the cost too But once I went to the consultation, got a CT scan, and talked with the director, they said I had plenty of septal cartilage in my nose and my nasal tip wasn’t completely drooping, so it could be done with septal cartilage too I newly realized again that there’s no such thing as “must” in plastic surgery and I was glad I didn’t have to agonize over rib cartilage and get a headache, since only septal cartilage was used Hump osteotomy >> I was stuck worrying about whether to do an osteotomy or just shave it slightly But when I looked at people who had hump surgery, there were surprisingly many who were stressed because it wasn’t properly corrected The director said I needed osteotomy, and if I didn’t accept that and just did correction? I didn’t want to end up regretting it, so I had the osteotomy I already liked the nose material, design, and hospital system... so I nodded endlessly at what the director said, yep Satisfaction >> Because plastic surgery shows so clearly whether it succeeds or not, I didn’t even tell people around me whether I was satisfied at one or two months But now I say it.. that I’m so satisfied lol ㅜㅜ Compared to before, my nasal tip definitely became slimmer This was also the first time I learned that a glamorous, sophisticated nose can be made with septal cartilage too After removing the hump, I became confident about my side profile.. osteotomy is not always the answer, but for everyone here who has heard that a step-off could form if you don’t have osteotomy like me, I recommend osteotomy
