I kept saying I needed to save money, save money, but I always ended up spending it all on stupid expenses Then I really worked hard for a year and finally had a successful surgery 4 months ago There are so many areas of my face I want to get cosmetic surgery on, but among them, the area I wanted most was facial contouring I wanted to do facial contouring first, then change my eyes or nose to match the overall vibe hahahaㅋ The line I wanted was an >oval face<, but rather than something too flashy, I wanted it to feel just right for me, kind of naturally glamorous??? And as much as I wanted good surgical results, I also really didn’t want any postoperative side effects at all, so although I’m not an expert, I studied things like surgical methods starting from hospital websites and even watched YouTube. I went a bit further and even snooped through hospitals’ Instagram accounts (Quite a lot of hospitals actually post surgical methods on Instagram) If you want to learn about facial contouring, there are many YouTube channels that explain it well!! I recommend YouTube! So what I decided on by myself was -3 types of facial contouring (or maybe 2 types? Since I was doing it anyway, I wanted to do everything at once!) -Triple fixation (zygoma) -Long-curve square jaw reduction -For the chin, I decided to consult first and then decide Excluding quick zygoma reduction, zygoma fixation is usually divided into double fixation and triple fixation, and I heard the zygoma really needs to be fixed very securely from the start, so I mainly went to hospitals that focused on triple fixation~! I visited 4 places and had a second consultation at one of them And I confirmed surgery at one place hahaha I also wondered later whether I should remove the pins or not, but fortunately the hospital said pin removal was free, so I thought I could think about that 1-2 years later! If I remove the pins, it is still another surgery anyway, and from looking at reviews, pin removal is definitely not mandatory, you know? They said it’s fine if there are no particular problems, so I’m putting it on hold for now.. (Most of all, it’s free) After surgery, I felt an unfamiliar kind of pain I had never felt in my life ㅠㅠㅠ First, there was throat pain from general anesthesia, and once that got better, there was pain coming from my face... Before surgery, I had heard that it would hurt intensely for a short time and then be over, and interestingly, for me too, I was in a lot of pain for two full days, then from the morning of day 3, it was just a throbbing feeling as if I had never been in pain, and I was okay..ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ As for walks, I don’t really care about other people’s stares, so even before removing the bandage, I went on small walks around the apartment park (I didn’t go to places like convenience stores, only walks..) Thanks to that, the swelling went down really quickly. The director also said my swelling was going down quickly ㅋㅋㅋㅋ You can clearly feel it in the photos too, but after doing 3 types of facial contouring, my face really got smaller, and before surgery I had asymmetry, but after facial contouring, it looks well balanced no matter what angle I take photos from, so I’m really satisfied When I took selfies, the first thing I used to do was adjust my face shape more than enlarging my eyes, but now I take them without touching anything hahaha For those planning facial contouring, I recommend studying to some extent like I did before choosing! Rather than going in without knowing anything, even having a bit of information made it easier to understand things during consultations..!!
