Guys, I really didn’t like how my first nose surgery turned out, so I had revision surgery at a large hospital for 4 million won. At that time, it was partly my fault for going there after only looking at reviews and the aesthetic I wanted. My original nose was short and low, but for the revision they made it extremely high, and the shape also had that pinched, obviously cosmetic, sharp-nose look. Starting one month after surgery, I drank alcohol and smoked, and because I’d had plastic surgery several times, I thought about a month was enough and I think I just lived like usual. But from the second month, my nose suddenly started swelling, and even medication didn’t bring it down, so in the end I even had everything removed. Right now I’m on the verge of wanting to dieㅠ Was the problem that the shape was raised too excessively? Or should I have postponed drinking and smoking longer? Or was it a problem with the materials, since ear cartilage was used in the first surgery and donated costal cartilage was used in the revision? I still don’t really know. After removing everything and looking in the mirror, I felt so upset and empty.. And I’m also scared that inflammation might happen again when I get revision surgery again, and there are so many possible causes that I don’t know… I guess I should give up on wanting a sharp, high nose for the next revision now…? My face isn’t just downgraded, it feels like it’s been thrown down into the underground mantle, so I can’t even go outside.. If anyone has even a little bit of information, please, I’m begging you, think of it as saving a person and share it,, ㅠㅠ
