My old double eyelid surgery had completely come undone, so I had revision surgery using the incisional method! My first surgery was also incisional, but since it came undone, I got the incisional method again this time... The doctor explained in detail why it had come undone and recommended fat grafting, but said it wasn’t mandatory. They said it was just a way to improve longevity, and that I could do it later if I felt I needed it, so it was optional. But since I was already doing it, I just wanted to get everything done at once, so I asked them to do it.. It’s now been a little over 3 months, and my goal was the most natural-looking result possible. I think it turned out well. As my double eyelids came undone, if I opened my eyes the wrong way, I looked sharp and my eyes looked heavy, but they definitely look more open now, so I’m satisfied
