Before I knew it, 9 months had passed since my surgery. The reason I had the surgery was that I work in a field with long hours, so I had been living with a lot of discomfort from eye fatigue and drooping eyes. My eyes also usually looked sleepy, and I had overlapping creases, so I decided to have surgery. I had incisional ptosis correction, and I was extremely satisfied with the result. First of all, the overlapping creases disappeared, and because my eye shape was corrected neatly, my overall impression changed for the better. After having the surgery, I realized once again how important the eyes are. Since it was eye surgery, there was no major difficulty with recovery, and at the same time, I have also been managing my weight and taking care of my skin, so I think my overall impression looks brighter. On the day of surgery, I felt both worry, wondering “Will the surgery go well?”, and excitement. But after having it done, I felt that eye surgery is something I could recommend without too much hesitation. Especially if you have a complex about your eyes. I was satisfied at month 8 as well, and now I’m curious about how things will look at the next 9-month and 10-month checkups. I’ll post again next time when I have time.
