This is a place I visited for a consultation because I wanted to get a facelift for my dad, and it really made me realize, “So this is what it feels like when communication is truly smooth.” Honestly, there were a lot of difficult terms, so I was worried about what would happen if my dad didn’t understand well, but they explained everything at my dad’s level and kept checking whether he understood, which I was very grateful for. I liked that it didn’t feel like they were just trying to handle as many patients as possible, but instead treated each patient sincerely, and I liked that they spoke honestly about the surgery. It felt truly far from over-treatment, pressure, or a factory-like system, so I trusted them even more.
