I liked that they consulted very thoroughly and for a long time. I went in thinking about a mini V-line, but they recommended osteotomy. When I asked if pinless would be possible, they said it seemed possible, so I’m somehow even more confused.. But the consultant was just really not great (pressuring me for a reservation deposit, subtly rude, and a face that looked obviously surgically altered with almost no lower jaw, like an overdone dog-jaw look), so it got pushed down my list.
