They said it also has a lower absorption rate than donated dermis But since it’s not exactly a commonly used method, I’m hesitant.. They say they grind up autologous costal cartilage, wrap it in temporal fascia, and make the nasal bridge, but I’m worried about the autologous costal cartilage scar too, and since they also cut into the temporal area, that also feels like a pretty major operation, so I’m worried
