I had a consultation at Migo, and since mine is a revision surgery and my skin is on the thin side, they recommended that to me. How is it..? They said it also has a lower absorption rate than donated dermis But since it’s not exactly a commonly used method, I’m hesitant..ㅠ There are people who get side effects 10 years after having surgery with silicone, and I don’t even know whether this has been around for 10 years.. They say they grind up autologous costal cartilage, wrap it in temporal fascia, and make the nasal bridge, but I’m worried about the autologous costal cartilage scar too, and since they also cut into the temporal area, that also feels like a pretty major operation, so I’m worried ㅋㅋㅋㅋ ㅠ
