<Revision rhinoplasty week 2 front><Revision rhinoplasty week 2 side><Revision rhinoplasty week 2 underside>Day 8 - I could breathe well through my nose, so I slept comfortably and woke up (didn’t even wear a mask). As soon as I woke up, I showered hard and carefully washed my face with cleansing foam too. My nose still feels tight, so I gently rubbed around the nose. The area where the stitches were removed is less healed, so I was even more careful. My nose is still hard, and when I touch the nasal tip, it feels like it isn’t my nose? It feels numb. Eating is still a little uncomfortable. The autologous costal cartilage area doesn’t hurt unless I touch it or put strain on it. I still can’t lift anything heavy. The nasal swelling seems to be going down very, very slowly. The bridge of the nose still seems like it needs to settle more. There isn’t any really major swelling. My nostrils may look uneven, and my nose may look crooked too, I’m not sure, but there’s still time left for the swelling to go down, so I decided not to worry about it. I’m going in for a follow-up at the 1-month mark, so I plan to go then and check everything properly. My nose started getting blocked because of rhinitis, so I took one Zyrtec. Days 9, 10, 11, 12 - I’ve gotten used to sleeping facing straight up, but my back still hurts because I sleep with two pillows. Other than that, there’s no discomfort. My nose still feels awkward and hard. The nasal tip feels a bit numb. It’s frustrating that I can’t touch the inside of my nose. Day 13 - My back still hurts when sleeping. All the medical glue on the autologous costal cartilage site fell off, so I started applying scar ointment (not on the nose yet). The visible stitches inside my nose bothered me, so I went to the hospital and had them removed (dissolvable stitches). The blood scabs inside my nose have fallen off a lot compared with the beginning. But the stuffy feeling inside the nose is the same. I don’t know if it’s because of rhinitis or something else, but only the right side feels swollen inside the nose. Even when touching from the outside, the right side seems a bit more swollen. The major swelling seems to have gone down a lot. My nose is still awkward and hard, and the nasal tip has no sensation. Day 14 - The autologous costal cartilage pain isn’t anything special unless I strain it or touch it. It hurts when I sneeze. My nose is still awkward and tight, so I can’t really smile and can’t open my mouth properly. I want to hurry up and blow my nose freely, and wash my face vigorously.

My nose had inflammation, so everything has been removed, and I think there’s still a little inflammation left. Considering that, I feel like Asan might be the right choice, but I’m so torn because I don’t know if the shape will turn out pr
