My face shape is not one that would see a big effect from the cheekbones, but if I only do the lower face, the cheekbones may look more developed, so they suggested doing them together. - They do record CCTV, but it can only be viewed if a problem occurs. - My opinion: I went for a consultation here because someone I know had surgery here. The director was professional and very famous, but since it was my first consultation, I regret that I couldn't ask questions systematically. I'm not sure if the director's aesthetic preference matches mine ㅠㅠㅠ They say this place is known for a doll-like line! + Since it was the first consultation slot in the morning, the waiting time wasn't that long. There are same-day booking/photo review discounts.
2. ㅁㅇㄷㅇ - Director Seo Consultation in the order of consultant - director - consultant. - This place really threw me into major confusion.. (Before going to the consultation, this was the place I wanted to do it at the most. I don't even know why.. I'm not the type who wants something excessive and dramatic, so I felt like they would do it safely and moderately..) Anyway, in conclusion, this place recommended only 1 procedure (square jaw).. haha I practically begged them to at least shave my cheekbones, but they said, “No~ There won't be any frontal effect anyway. Your skin will only sag.” The director was very clear about what can and cannot be done. The risks outweigh the benefits. They also told me in advance that if I did the square jaw, I might be a case where the salivary glands become more noticeable. Full CCTV footage can be viewed. The consultant also didn't pressure me to book. The director's consultation wasn't long, but the director was very cheerful, and laughter never stopped coming from the director's room.. :) This place also has a photo review discount.
3. ㄴㅈㅎ Consultation in the order of consultant - director - consultant. This was the first place to recommend anterior cheekbone bone grafting to me (it was interesting..) 3 facial contouring procedures + anterior cheekbone bone grafting (autologous bone graft using bone cut from the square jaw) My anterior cheeks are flat or slightly hollow. The director seemed kind but not kind, and then kind again.. Among all 4 places, they explained things the most thoroughly, and after finishing the explanation, they said I could ask anything I was curious about and answered everything. If you ask to see case photos of bone grafting, they show them. I asked whether my chin looked slightly protruded and if setback would be needed. At ㅇㅍㅅㅌ, they said it would look recessed just by reducing the length, but here they suggested a 4 mm setback. Overall, the director adjusts to the patient's needs. How much do you want to reduce it, this is the maximum amount the chin, cheekbones, and square jaw can each be reduced (they covered it with their hand to show me). But if that amount feels too much, reducing it less can be adjusted as much as the patient wants. The consultation seemed to go like that. I'm a little worried because I haven't seen reviews of bone grafting. Full CCTV footage can be viewed. The consultant wasn't young and was on the older side compared with consultants at other hospitals. (I liked that.) This place barely has any review discounts, and they don't bring up reviews at all. It seems like fixed pricing. (I thought, so this is why there aren't many reviews.) If they're famous despite not having many reviews, does that mean they're genuinely good..
4. ㅂㄹㅇ - Chief director Same consultation order. 3 facial contouring procedures + Accu fat suction + autologous bone grafting to the nasolabial folds (+ a lift is recommended if desired) They said they graft autologous bone into the nasolabial folds here. And what was unusual here was that the consultant showed me the CT beforehand and explained it. Not in extreme detail, but roughly? After the explanation, I had the director's consultation. As soon as the director sat in front of me, they said they would properly set my cheekbones inward, but that I looked like someone whose skin would definitely sag. So they recommended doing a lift together, but since a lift can also be done sufficiently after surgery, I could watch the progress and do it 1-2 years later. It's my choice. I wasn't planning to get a lift right away, but I knew facial contouring couldn't avoid skin sagging, and I expected I might need a lift in about 5-10 years, but hearing that I would probably do it in 1-2 years.. left me a little confused. This place also allows viewing of the full CCTV footage.
Conclusion: Still, I am going to get facial contouring surgery. I ended up rambling so much ㅜㅜㅜ Thanks for reading! I don't plan to go clinic-hopping anymore.
