My out-line was severely caused by scarring from the front-canthus surgery, and while a lot of it could be hidden through reconstruction... my eye size became much smaller, I couldn’t completely hide the out-line scar, and although it was much reduced compared to before surgery, the scar remained. Also, the right eye was blocked too much, so they slightly widened only that part... A scar formed under my eye. It doesn’t stand out much when I open my eyes wide, but in summer the skin sometimes rises up on both sides of the incision like I have a stye. Since my eyes had very severe scars to begin with, I’m 80% satisfied, but if the goal is scar removal, the downside is that you have a lot to lose. Because of the reconstruction, the double-eyelid line also became misaligned, and I need double-eyelid surgery again.. The director’s skill is still pretty good though..
