I debated a lot between doing it with an incision or non-incision, then decided on non-incisional dual canthoplasty and got it done. I think it turned out better than I expected. It hasn’t been years yet, so it’s hard to say anything too definitively one way or another, but I think it’s good for people like me who don’t have a favorable structure, are very scared, seem likely to end up with sanpaku eyes, or are worried about scarring.
