Eye Surgery Reviews@eye-review

Eve Review

I had surgery at this hospital, but because one side of the inner canthus was more closed, I went back to reopen it, and while discussing the remaining scar on that side and the scar on the other side, I heard for the first time about several side effects beyond eye asymmetry and scars that can weaken the eye and the muscles around it. I was told there were some side effects I had never heard about when I had surgery before.. Come to think of it, my under-eyes were so saggy that I had to consider under-eye fat repositioning, and because it became asymmetrical and was reopened, there was a scar left behind.. I only found out after the consultation that I had side effects. Of course, the doctor did not tell me that I had side effects. And because I had surgery at this hospital, they only offered a revision-surgery quote and said they would barely discount it by 500,000 out of 3 million.. Of course, it did improve compared to before the surgery, but if the under-eye muscles weaken, I may have to consider under-eye surgery later, and if a scar remains, I have to deal with it myself. In my case, I could not get help from the hospital. They said that since the scar formed while reopening, it was just the original scar coming back, trying to avoid responsibility. When I asked whether there was anything they could do, they said that if I had scar-removal treatment, it would create another scar, and told me to go to a plastic surgery clinic run by the doctor's junior colleague and try treatment there. I got laser treatment, then went back and said I had received laser treatment, and they said the scar had improved a lot. But when I went back for this revision consultation and said the laser treatment had helped for a while, they wrote it in my chart as if hearing it for the first time.. When a patient who had surgery at their hospital comes back for consultation, it feels like they dim the lights. They just say, who looks closely at the eyes while talking? and treat the scar as if it were no big deal.. Anyway, after the surgery, the vertical wrinkle at the inner corner of my eye was further closed, and I'm considering several procedures such as under-eye fat repositioning because of the scar created by reopening and the weakening of the under-eye muscles.. There are some improvements after the surgery, but the downside is that I need additional surgeries and procedures.. And they made absolutely no consideration for the cost in the case of a revision surgery
