The staff were unfriendly, but the director and consultation manager were kind. There was no excessive treatment, and there was absolutely no pressure to pay a reservation deposit. The director showed me photos of surgeries he had performed, and since many were revision cases, my trust in him went up. He looked at my eyes and said my skin was thin and I had little fat, so all the lines I wanted would be possible. At other hospitals I had been told that my eyes could only get a very small hidden double eyelid, so I was a bit startled whether I could trust this (sunken eyes and the space between my eyes and eyebrows is rather narrow). Still, I felt hopeful, so I was in a good mood. I also liked that they offered me a variety of line options.
