Breast Augmentation Consultation Review

1. ㄷㅇㅇ Plastic Surgery Clinic Director ㅂㅈㅇ At first, I absolutely wanted a large size, and I had consultations there three times. There were tons of consultants because it’s a large hospital, but they said they were busy and gave me 10 minutes to decide? Should I say people who can decide within 10 minutes that they’ll do breast augmentation there are really impressive... If someone I knew had a good result there, maybe I’d understand, but I don’t know a single person around me who has done it, so I worried a lot. The director had a nice voice and explained things calmly, which I liked, but the consultant said I had to pay the reservation deposit right then, and that if I didn’t decide on surgery within 2 hours, I couldn’t do it. They were like, “Even 2 hours is long~,” but to me this is a major surgery that could stress me out for life, and they were acting like they were doing me such a favor... I know large hospitals have a lot of expenses, including building maintenance, so they need to bring in even one more patient, and I also know that if a surgery gets canceled midway, it hits them hard, but would anyone really think it’s right to entrust their body to a hospital like this?? They kept rushing me, saying it was urgent, urgent, while the consultation itself was under 10 minutes and I only waited for 3 hours...

They recommended sizes 400 and 375, and while I wonder if it’s best to go as big as possible, I’m also worried it might feel burdensome. But the consultant was the decisive reason I didn’t like it... When I said I would go with the surgical area the director wanted, not the one she wanted, she got annoyed and said, “Who recommended that to you????” Then while I was hesitating and said I hadn’t had an ultrasound yet, she was arguing with the staff sitting at the counter... Are large hospitals usually like this???

2. ㄱㄹ Surgery Clinic (not the animal) There’s only one director, so you’ll know who I mean even if I don’t say the name, right? He recommended 350, and it seemed like he checks whether the skin stretches well or not. He pinched the area under my breast and pulled at it...?ㅋㅋㅋㅋ The consultant was extremely kind, just like the rumors said, and whenever I asked questions, morning or night, she answered right away... I openly said I already had a reservation at another hospital but felt anxious, so I wanted one consultation, and she still consulted with me very kindly. But looking at reviews, they say the director doesn’t recommend large sizes, and some people are actually dissatisfied with the size. So why did he recommend 350 for me?? Is it because my skin stretches well, so it wouldn’t look awkward? Usually at this hospital, most people seem to be recommended around 310, and some said they were recommended in the high 200s, but I was recommended 350... Max 375?

I don’t like when the cleavage line looks like “11,” and I’d prefer it to look like one straight line, and I want the cleavage to come together well too. Also, I really love working out. I wanted to do dual-plane because subfascial placement can be an issue with breastfeeding and may be palpable, but they said animation deformity is almost unavoidable with dual-plane, so I can’t decide.... Is there anyone here who had it done at ㄱㄹ Surgery Clinic (not the animal) with subfascial placement instead of dual-plane? I have asymmetric breasts, and based on a 75 band size, one side is A and the other is B. I prioritize feel and naturalness, so I want Mentor Smooth, but I’m worried about rippling too... Will it be okay? I’m also extremely scared...
