It’s only day 2 after surgery, so I had it done subtly, and it seems like there isn’t much effect I called and told them I’d be 10 minutes late. I arrived at 10 minutes past, but there were no nurses, so I sat still, then around 24 minutes past I told my name to a staff member with eyelash extensions and filled out the first-visit registration on my phone. But for 1 hour and 30 minutes, they only consulted people who came later than me, so when I asked, “When will I be seen?” they said it had been canceled. The nurse next to her said, “You were 1 hour and 30 minutes late, so it won’t work,” so I said, “But I registered around 24 minutes past,” and she said, “Still, you were late, so there’s nothing we can do. You have to wait.” In the end, a staff member who looked experienced said, “I’ll put you in at 11,” so I waited 2 hours and got the consultation. I definitely told them, but they didn’t put in my registration, it was that nurse’s mistake, and I waited without knowing what was going on, and there was no apology. I called 30 minutes beforehand to say I’d be late, so if they were going to cancel, shouldn’t they at least have called me? I went into the consultation and said I wanted ptosis correction and lateral/lower canthoplasty for 900,000 won. But they said I needed ptosis correction, 12-hole, and lateral/lower canthoplasty, so it would be over 900,000 won. So I said I came after seeing the Gangnam Unni price. The consultant left, and the doctor came in and consulted with me. The consultation was okay. It was average. Then the consultant came back in, and when I said I only wanted lateral/lower canthoplasty, she said the price was 900,000 won. It was odd that she somehow knew I had prepared only that amount and matched it exactly to 900,000 won. I asked why it was 900,000 won, and she said it was because it was the head director. I said I came through an acquaintance’s referral and thought I’d be treated by Dr. K.S.Y., and she said that doctor doesn’t do only lateral/lower canthoplasty. So I said okay and then asked for another doctor, and she said all the nurses’ eyes were done by the head director. I thought the head director was K.D.K. So I said okay, I’ll have surgery today, but when I looked at the contract, the doctor’s name was L.Y.Y. So I asked if L.Y.Y. was the head director, and she said there are 3 head directors. I dealt with consultant B.J.Y., but detailed explanations were lacking and she didn’t properly tell the customer things they should know. Since I had already taken time out to come, I just said I’d have the surgery. I went into the operating room, and an older-looking Chinese woman couldn’t find my vein well. But my veins are hard to see. They called another nurse and put the injection near my wrist. They woke me up in the middle of surgery, and the director looked at my eyes while working on them. But the nurse next to him said something like, “This area seems like it needs more done,” and from a customer’s perspective I wondered if the doctor shouldn’t be doing everything. After surgery, I didn’t really have severe bruising or visible blood vessels, and it didn’t show much. I did want something natural, but anyway I don’t think I’ll ever do anything at Pop Plastic Surgery again.. Everything was disappointing to me
