I’m the type to gain weight in my upper body, but my arms were especially hard to slim down, so I was always stressed about it. This time, I had surgery to prepare for the coming summer!! When I visited the clinic, the consultant made the atmosphere so comfortable, like talking to a close older sister, so it was easy to ask questions. Both the director and the consultant first told me to ask anything else I was curious about, so I asked everything I wanted to ask before leaving. I was so satisfied with the consultation that I booked my surgery date right away that same day haha After surgery, I had it done on Saturday, used vacation days on Monday and Tuesday, rested for 3 days, and went back to work. On the day of surgery and day 1, I couldn’t move from bed at all. The surgical area felt very tight. I couldn’t raise my arms above my shoulders. I could feel it getting better day by day. It’s almost been 1 month now, and my upper arms are definitely slimmer than before. I’m the type whose swelling doesn’t go down easily, so I’m hoping they get even slimmer as more time passes haha
