I have already had the surgery, and although the manager was off on the day of surgery so I could not meet her in person, she kept taking care of me kindly over KakaoTalk, and even now she still answers my questions kindly.
When I went to the hospital that day, the facilities were of course pleasant, and when I met the director for consultation, just as I had seen in many reviews, he was very confident and gave me a very accurate analysis of my eyes.
I had slight asymmetry in the inner corners of my eyes before, and he also explained in detail how they would proceed to correct that, which made me trust him more. My boyfriend also accompanied me to consultations at several hospitals, and he said this one seemed the most professional and trustworthy.
The consultation ran a little late past the scheduled time, but perhaps because the surgeon was so skilled, there were many people. In any case, everything was finished by the estimated time we were told, right up until I came out after the surgery. I will write a post-op review later!
