Review of Motiva surgery at Next Plastic Surgery Clinic

Hello I'm posting a review now that it's been one month since my breast surgery~! I had surgery with Director Lee Jae-soo at Next Plastic Surgery Clinic, and for implants, I had Motiva Demi, 320cc and 340cc inserted. The reasons I chose Next Plastic Surgery Clinic were: it is a breast-specialized clinic, has a single director, allows CCTV viewing, has an anesthesiology director on site, and the director's style of recommending sizes while considering safety. I considered texture and safety the most important, and I went into the consultation with Mentor Xtra in mind. During the first consultation, he turned on a recorder and consulted with me, and for about an hour, he really explained breast surgery from A to Z in a lecture-style format in detail, so I trusted him. At the first consultation, I touched the Motiva full type, but it was too firm, so I ruled it out. When I went for a second consultation and touched the Motiva Demi type, it was not very different from Mentor Xtra, which had been my first choice. The director said both Mentor Xtra and Motiva are safe implants, and since there is not yet a paper comparing the two, it is difficult to compare them, but based on surgical experience, he said Motiva forms the thinnest capsule, so considering capsular contracture, I decided on Motiva Demi. My rib cage measured 72, and my breast pockets were 12.7 and 12.0. My previous bra size was 75A or 70B. I didn't have no existing breast tissue; I was about a full A cup. When I said I wanted a full C cup, he set the range up to a maximum of 355cc. When I said nerve damage and safety were important to me, he said it would be better to insert less than the maximum, so 320 and 340 went in~! I'm currently at one month, and the upper bulging has gone down a lot, but I was told the shape continues to settle until week 7, so I'm still waiting. The texture is still firm. Still, texture originally softens gradually, so I'm waiting with peace of mind~! At the consultation, he said my case was a little tricky for surgery (unlike most people, my right breast was larger, but my left breast pocket was wider), but there are no problems with the shape or nipple position, and clothes definitely fit more beautifully, so I'm satisfied!! Currently, when measured with a tape measure, my underbust is 72 and upper bust is 86~!
