<Before><2 days><1 week><3 weeks><1 month><3 months><6 months><8 months>I did have some cheekbones, but even before surgery, I wasn’t the type with an extremely severe square jaw or a retruded chin. People around me also told me I was pretty enough, and rather than having surgery because I was stressed about a broad face, as you can see from the front-facing pre-op photos, I had fairly severe asymmetry from the front. My jaw was shifted more to one side, so taking photos was the most stressful for me.
