Since I had decided on surgery, I wanted to do it quickly, so I said I wanted surgery on the earliest possible date. Maybe it was fate; luckily, a patient canceled their reservation, so I was able to have surgery the same week I had the consultation. At first after surgery, I had some pain, so it was a little uncomfortable, but as time passed, even the slight discomfort seemed to disappear. Before surgery, I absolutely never pushed my hair back or wore hats because my cheekbones stood out, you know? After facial contouring surgery, I look pretty even with a hat on and pretty even with my hair pushed back, so I’m living confidently now.
