It only gathers slightly when I wink, and normally the dark circle area is flat. I want to have aegyo-sal under my eyes. Is under-eye fat repositioning possible in this situation?

익명 Under-eye fat repositioning is for flattening protruding fat by repositioning it, so if you don’t have fat, you probably shouldn’t do it.. If you want aegyo-sal, then I guess you’d need filler..
히미헤미 As far as I know, there’s a separate option to enhance the aegyo-sal while doing the repositioning.
시지니야 It is possible, but you should assume there’ll be almost no effect even if you do it. I’m in a similar situation and know because I went to several consultations ㅜ
