I understood why everyone here tried to talk me out of going to Top Tier for revision eye surgery. If you want to pay a 10,000 won consultation fee just to be called stupid, take the time and money to go there. Until now, while getting consultations, I thought a doctor’s kindness wasn’t necessary. But a doctor who gets irritated when asked questions must only want to operate on foreigners. It was my first time seeing a doctor with such a strange personality, and I wasted my money and time. It’s a huge relief I didn’t have surgery here. Thank goodness they showed the bad vibes in advance. All the good posts about this place are ads
