First of all, the consultant was very kind in explaining things from the beginning. The director also had a sense of humor, and he explained the questions I asked in a professional and clear way, so I thought that if it were him, I could trust him with revision surgery. I was satisfied with almost everything, but the one thing that was disappointing was that I could hear the desk staff chatting privately the entire time I was waitingㅠㅠ I saw this comment appear occasionally in other reviews too.. The inside of the clinic had a calm and quiet atmosphere, but aside from the fact that the chatting from the desk was a bit distracting, I was satisfied with everything!
