Hello, I am a patient who had canthoplasty to lower the outer corner of the eyes at Lari Hospital this year. Communication with the doctor was excellent, and above all, they lowered the outer corners of my eyes exactly as much as I wanted. The outer corner area also looks a little like a squared U-shape, but the sharp part was done well. They also promised that if I want, they can do a procedure to trim just the pointed tip of the U-shaped part, and they really listened from the patient’s point of view and worked with me so it would look pretty. Most of all, in my opinion, for an effective outer-corner lowering canthoplasty, the lower eyelid length should be long and the natural eye width should already be wide.
