Before <before double eyelid surgery><first surgery, non-incisional suture method><when it loosened><4 weeks after revision surgery><recently (week 9)> Before double eyelid surgery, I had ptosis, so I had sad-looking eyebrows. During the consultation, they mentioned ptosis correction + non-incisional suture double eyelid surgery + epicanthoplasty, so I went ahead with that. They said that even with the non-incisional suture method, it usually would not loosen, but I have rhinitis and rub my eyes often because of allergies, so before 3 years had passed, one side loosened, and the other side kept loosening and then coming back. I visited the place where I had the non-incisional surgery again and talked to them, and they said they would do revision surgery for 50% of the original price, so I had surgery again. The revision surgery was done with an incision. I was surprised because the initial swelling seemed to go down faster than with the non-incisional surgery, but the residual swelling and the intense-looking feeling seem to last much longer. They say that with incisional surgery, you need to watch it for at least over a year, and I think that is really true..!!
