I had it done around before the CSAT, made a reservation, and took a total of 9 days off including the surgery day, during the week that had January 1 in it. When I was getting the surgery, my left eye hurt like it wasn’t fully anesthetized, so I asked, and they said everyone says that. For LASEK, they removed the epithelium with a brush, and I think they used Amaris Red. From about one week in, I was okay indoors even without sunglasses, and from about one month in, I was okay outdoors even without sunglasses? Now I get 1.2 in both eyes.
