Review of complete nose implant removal 1

I’m someone who had everything removed from my nose about a year ago, so I guess I’m a senior here, haha I had surgery with silicone for the nasal bridge and the septum when I was in high school, and in my early 20s, one of the septal cartilages in my nasal tip started to come down, and I experienced a side effect. But when I went back to the hospital where I had the surgery, they said it wasn’t a side effect. They said there wasn’t any inflammation, and that it naturally comes down over time, lolololol. Isn’t that ridiculous? Of course, right after the surgery, I liked it so much. I was genuinely happy. To my eyes, it looked so naturally pretty. I really hope people who are obsessively concerned about their appearance like I was will read this. I could see my nose changing, but they said that after rhinoplasty, it naturally descends due to gravity, and that this isn’t a side effect. But... isn’t that strange? I didn’t know that when I had the surgery.. Then if the silicone comes down and starts protruding, is that also not a side effect because it’s due to gravity? Seriously ridiculous. From then on, I started feeling insanely anxious. What if contracture happens? What if it collapses? What if I have side effects after removal? Once I started being conscious of it, every single day felt like I was dying.. I used to look up posts in this community and cry every day. I wanted to die. It felt like my appearance obsession had come back. When I was looking for a hospital, this community really helped me a lot. So I’m posting this because I hope it helps someone too. That scary time suddenly came to mind now, when I can’t sleep. Don’t cry too much. It’ll be okay. Everything will go well. If you’ve decided to have removal surgery, I think it’s better to do it quickly. It probably depends on the symptoms, but I noticed it early, got anxious, and removed it before major symptoms appeared. I also saw people who went to the hospital later than I did. But clearly, having surgery early seemed to increase the chance of eliminating variables that could cause side effects. Don’t get nose surgery carelessly. Honestly, it’s a very scary surgery. I didn’t know until side effects appeared... To be honest, I don’t think there’s anyone who goes their whole life without any side effects. Or maybe they just haven’t happened yet. I was fine for years after surgery too, lol. I had complete removal surgery because of possible contracture. I called almost all the well-known places here, and had consultations at two places. Among them, the method I wanted most was complete removal, and I didn’t want to have another surgery using a different implant or autologous dermis. Because if I thought I would again have to worry like crazy about future side effects, I felt like I absolutely couldn’t endure it. Another place scared me, saying contracture could happen. They asked me what I thought about having another nose surgery, and said it would be a big problem if I removed the silicone, lololololol. Insane. The only place among them that confidently said it was okay to remove everything was ㄱㅇㅅ. And it was the most expensive, lolololol. There were two reasons I had surgery there. Complete removal, and something I had noticed while going to consultations at plastic surgery clinics... Everyone has consultation managers? Salespeople, you all know that, right? But this place didn’t have any. It felt like a hospital. A real hospital that treats you. If you actually go, you’ll notice right away that it feels like a regular internal medicine clinic. So I felt relieved when I went there, and I think I spoke almost while crying, saying I was so scared, asking the doctor to treat me, saying I didn’t want to be greedy again, that every day was frightening, like a child, lololol. And then I had the surgery. The surgery was, lololololol, it went really well. So far, I’m living well without side effects. If anything happens, I’ll come write about it right away! If you’re curious about the details, leave a comment saying you’re curious. I’ll get excited and come write part 2. I know some people might think I’m a broker, but hmm... I just want everyone else to stop crying now. Back when I was so scared I thought I wanted to die, I desperately needed a comforting post telling me it would be okay. Honestly, depending on the case, a different hospital might be better. My experience was with this place, and my progress afterward has been okay, so I’m leaving this post. But I... I don’t like those things anymore, telling people to get surgery because they’ll become prettier. I’m scared. I hope people like me who need treatment will see this. I hope everyone can stop being scared now, because there are people like me who are living okay.
