For everyone here who had revision rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage, how satisfied are you? I'm getting a revision because my nasal tip is drooping, so I feel like costal cartilage would definitely be better, and compared with donated costal cartilage, autologous costal cartilage seems to have better durability!! I’ve booked a consultation at one clinic, but where else should I go..? It would be nice if it were somewhere that makes the rib-area scar a bit small too..ㅎ

완두코롱 I know autologous costal cartilage is often used for revisions because it has low resorption, and it seemed like several places handle autologous costal cartilage well too.
한고은추구미 I had it done at one place, and the scar is only about 2 cm. It’s been a month, and I’m still applying scar ointment continuously.
윰윰 If you want autologous costal cartilage, I think getting autologous costal cartilage isn’t bad.. When I had it that way at one place, it was good.
