I arrived on time for the consultation. There was a bit of a wait. The flow was consultation with the consultant, CT scan, consultation with the director, then consultation with the consultant again. Since an experienced director with many years of practice handled the consultation, I could ask a lot of different questions. They roughly mapped out the surgical direction with a cotton swab and their hands. I liked that they pointed out facial points I hadn't known about.
