There was a slight wait I took photos of my face and waited, then the manager consulted with me. She was kind, and it felt like she understood both what I was saying and what I wanted. The director was kind too, and I liked the way they shaped the line. I liked that they understood the feeling I wanted well and showed me several lines reflecting that.
