I used septal cartilage -> donated costal cartilage before, and I’m looking into autologous costal cartilage thinking this will be my last surgery. Please tell me places that are good at fixing bulbous noses I heard I’m not a case for alar reduction. I think it failed because my skin is thick, but I do feel it’s become slimmer than before. Please tell me a place that’s good enough to make it not look like a bulbous nose at all.. I’m planning to go excluding factory-style clinics, but seriously, how is Kim Jaeyoon?

이쁘다이뻐요 You’ll need to look for a hospital with a meticulous director who will assess even your skin. Looking at reviews for ㄷㄴ, ㅊㅁ, and ㄹㅂㄹ, it seems like they identify each person’s issues and explain the materials carefully too
