I think it’s because the area between your eyebrows is a bit swollen. Once the glabellar swelling goes down, the line should look fine, and the nasal tip will probably get a bit slimmer too.

And what looks like it's coming down from the front is seriously swelling lol Swelling in the nasal tip goes down the latest, so for me too, it joined with the columella below the nasal tip and made me look like I had a huge round noseㅜㅜ Because the whole nasal tip was swollen, the columella looked so prominent that I kept wondering whether to get AS, but once I entered month 4, it became so unnoticeable that I don't even think about it anymoreㅋㅋㅋㅋ And if you don't have about that much columella, you get a sliced-looking noseㅠㅠ Look up sliced nose. The nose becomes triangular and looks really strange.. I'm realizing that the columella is really important. When I look at rhinoplasty photos and think, the nose looks a bit weird..? it's the noses where they only raised the nose and the columella has all been cut away.
