I had a philtrum reduction at ㅇㅂx.... Originally, my nose showed just the right amount of nostril and looked pretty, but after the philtrum reduction, the nasal base came down, so everyone says it looks like an upturned nose or a pig nose. So I’m looking into closed revision rhinoplasty. I’ve had my nose done twice (with incisions), and it’s been 5 months since the philtrum reduction. The reason I want closed surgery is that I went around consulting for open-incision surgery, and the doctors said that if I have another columellar incision after a philtrum reduction, blood flow in the area between them gets cut off twice, so the chance of necrosis is really high. But closed surgery is also high-difficulty, and since the silicone and cartilage all need to be changed, ㄴㅈㄹ was the only place doing high-difficulty closed surgery. (I got rejected by all the other famous closed-surgery places.) Would it be okay?? ㅠㅠ I’m trying to lower the bridge a bit while bringing the nasal tip downㅠㅠ
청순베이글 I had closed surgery at ㅇㄱㅈ, but it’s way too natural, and I looked prettier before, so I don’t really like itㅠ I want to shave the hump a bit more, lower the nose more, and project the nasal tip forward more, but instead it went upward, so stressful...

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
